What is your favourite type of steak?

steak is only a treat for me to eat cause i cannot afford to eat it very often..

They can all be good as long as long as the quality is there. Actually my greatest preference is to buy from an exceptional local small butcher who know what real butchery is and still provides the same level of service as butchers used to years ago. He's a bit more expensive but the meat is the right colour - none of this bright red nonsense - and has clearly been hung properly. Second goes to a popular supermarket chain who do thick cut steaks which always yield excellent results. Whether well done, medium or rare they are always succulent and tasty.
