You have to be blind to the devious nature of Unions to even slightly believe that Qantas is or will in any way jeopardise their reputation for safety in any way at all. Just because some Union "jerk-off" claims it, does not mean that it is a fact. Then again, few workers actually give their best efforts, and the pay packet is far more important than meeting their responsibilities at work.

there is NO WAY i would ever trust their CEO..but then i cant afford to fly with quantas..NO airline should cut back on staff and they shouldnt cut back on maintenance of their planes dont they care about SAFETY OF THE PASSENGERS?????

Qantas has already lost the plot. Poor service, poor food. It was once the best; now it is just an upgraded version of Ryan Air or Tiger Airways. Singapore Airlines is so far in front they have landed before Qantas takes off.
