Do you shower at night or in the morning?

Mostly in the morning, but if needed will do both morning and night.

We spend aproximately 1/3 of our lives in bed therefore 2/3 of each day somewhere in public places touching stuff other people have touched like flithy money & all the other stuff the public have touched without washing their hands first. Walking in dusty places, gardening, sweeping etc all of which makes our legs dirty, breathing dirty air, playing with our pets which ususally lick their private parts then your face & arms, doing housework or playing sport or with the kids all of which works us into a sweat. Many people already have allegies. Anyone thought that the reason might be that they shower in the morning? Meaning they take all that public gunge & crud all over their skin & in their nose to bed with them & remain in contact with it all night as well as all day & make their sheets filthy. Plus bathing at night gets rid of dead skin cells meaning our beds stay cleaner longer & less inclined to attract bed bugs if you are unfortunate enough to live where they thrive.

Sooo true ... well put & hope others take note. Bathe at night YES. In summer after a hot humid night .. a cool shower refreshes one's body and mind.

especially in the summer months shower at night and morning but if i am going out of a night i always shower before i change my clothes i take my personal hygene very seriously...... some people just dont care enough

I prefer to have a bath but don`t have a set time when I bath.

i hate showers id rather use a bath tub every night
