With 6 people in my household it is easier to have a shower in the Morning after the kids have gone to school and hubby has gone to work.

I usually take a bath rather than shower and do so whenever I feel I need to, not at any set time.

In summer, I shower twice .. once in the morning and again before I go to bed. I like to shower in the morning as it wakes me up!

How often I shower depends on whether my legs are working or not on the day - I am disabled and cannot always get into the bathtub to shower - we have a shower bath
