Wish the swings were weekly then we might have a chance of picking the lowest price day - at the moment you just have to hope you have picked the right day or hope you can go on driving until the price comes down the ridiculous 15-20c hike.

It is worth remembering that it is not only the petroleum companies that are reaping the profit from petrol (and other fuel) prices. The Federal Government flogs almost 60% in taxes and excise, thanks to regulations put in place by Comrade Keating.

I own and drive a car but very rarely pay for petrol :) I have found a way to get my petrol paid for in return for labour!

not only do the constantly changing prices piss me off but the fact that i put $50 of diesel into the truck and i break down on the side of the road with water mixed in... not happy that the fuel suppliers mix it on me and still expect me to go back there and when i tell them, they dont do anything about it!!
