depends of the circumstances of the 'less fortunate' yes help can be given for those with high medical/health issues and treatments, support such as intervention with the organisation/company that may be putting/enforcing hardship on a person. May be supplying more low rental housing and education for people to learn more so as to get employment

What I cannot understand the government say they cant sustain helping the poor but they always seem to be able to support pollies who spend $300 X 3 bottles of wine just for a dinner 2 Million for an office upgrade $250,000 for a carpet etc etc and all the rest of their perks.
