Fruit is picked when not fully ripened and sold in stores best way to have juicy fresh ripe fruit is buy it direct from the farmers

Not necessarily GM but picked too green and not mature and ripened in the sunshine. Mainly so it packs and travels well. Buy fruit from local producers when in season, can't beat it.

Yes: The most healthy fruit is what it grown in its natural environment. Scientists or other methods cannot improve the taste with specific 'false' nourishments. E.g., Natural Strawberries have strawberry, sweet, natural taste, contrary to large 'giant' fruits injected by chemical means, or different soil.
