I cycle at least twice a day.
I exercise twice a day, 5 times a week.
5 days a week but technically 10 workout sessions a week
I sometimes go for a walk for exercise but just do the housework and shopping most days. Probably only do exercise 1 or two times a week other than that.
Gym ... nine times per fortnight for 75-115 minutes per visit.
I also walk six days per week ... from 3.5km to 5.2km
If there's prolonged rain, I add a gym session and delete a daily walk.
My job is very physical so I exercise 4 or 5 days a week. I don't exercise just for the sake of exercise, though.
