Yes. But too repetitive, too many reality shows and too many cooking shows.

too much rubbish on TV channels as it is with the amount of advertising - some are very hard to understand what the message is or what are they trying to sell, polluting our minds with rubbish

No, not near enough channels. I lived in both in the US & Canada for a while and realised what free air TV was all about. Over 50 free channels + additional channels through paid cable certainly provides more than what we have.

Yes happy with amount, but can't for the life of me understand why the channels use them the way they do. Channel 7 is closest to 'realising' they have multiple channels and will televise competing live events on each of their stations as shown with 2x tennis tournies & V8's on same day. Channel 9 is useless, with showing their exclusive cricket on 9 then 'switch to gem' because the news is coming! GEM is their HD channel & cricket their premier sport; why wouldn't you have it on GEM as standard, instead of 50 yr old sitcoms? Use your best quality & uninterrupted for best advantage! The ABC is weird as well, they have a 24hr news channel, but when something 'newsworthy' happens, they break the ABC1 programs and show the exact same thing as on ABC24! Why wouldn't you run a bar saying 'Switch to 24 for breaking important news etc, etc'? Then viewers have a choice & more exposed to your other options! So there are plenty of channels, just not Programmers with any logic.
