.Just because you attain a certain age does not automaticaly lose you abilities on the road. I am 61 and I drive much better than most of the drivers on the roads and most are between 20 and 39. JMc

Another ridiculous poll. Why not just suggest that people with low intelligence be banned from suggesting polls.

Some young drivers are so speed-obsessed and drive so badly that they just don't seem to know when to slow down and thus end up in ambulances or on a mortuary slab.

I'd like to see you get on a bus with several bags of groceries. Besides whre I live there is NO public transport.

Dalilah, what gives YOU the right to dictate who should drive and who should not drive. The fact is that the most dangerous people on the road are those aged between 18 to 26 who have little experience, no courtesy and who have this over-riding sense of entitlement and self-importance. All of these attributes together with an adrenalin mixture of alcohol and a lead foot spells D-A-N-G-E-R for the rest of us. I am only 59 but I have driven for 43 years with only ONE accident that was my fault (when I was in my late 20's). The only other accidents I have ever had was when I was rear-hit (on three occasions) by three young males (aged in their late teens), all of them affected by alcohol at the time. Perhaps we should raise the age of driving to 25 ???

No let's make them wear yellow patches on their clothes and a funny hat. That should stop them laying rubber in quiet suburban streets, driving while under the influence, and exceeding the speed limit by more than 40!
