Agree with Ratty60...its policing by the COUNCIL we need more of since it's their durastriction. No use hiking the fines if there is nobody there to enforce them.

I agree, it is extremely selfish of other lazy people who in fact take away the rights of others. It isn't just inconvenient, it is a health issue. Abusers should be punished heavily. Need more action & more booking. I have seen many young (louts) taking up these spots & brazenly disregarding what is right. lazy, rude, ignorant PUNKS. Yeah impound their car. (I am not disabled nor is any of my family, I was brought up in Australia with manners) Mal A

it is the policing of the parks that needs to increase - we have plenty of penalties in society but few are delivered!

I say yes but I also say the people who use pram parking instead of the designated disabled parks should be fined also. Pram people should use prams and disabled should you the ones for them only too!

No because whatever amount of fine you get, your able to pay it off, which means people can keep doing it, there is no real punishment for it. a loss of license might wake people up more.

I like where you are coming from just like when you have outstanding fines they can impound your car, this was a pet hate of mine and I used to insult them by asking if they had a mental dissability but that didn't work on most then I started letting down one tyre which inconvienced them problem was that it took so long to do next I kept some side cutters in the car and cut one valve, the tyre deflates really quickly and if you got caught it was only a $10.00 fix, but I've never seen them reoffend

So you break the law too? People get killed for doing less than you did these days...I wouldn't advise anyone to follow your stupid lead.
