Do you think the fines for parking illegally in disabled parks is enough?

Parking fines are just a revenue raiser and Brisbane city council will fine you for anything. I was late by a few minutes back to my car and they fined me.

Also I think many old people think they have the right to park in disabled and parents with prams.

Old people parking in parents with prams really gets on my wick and they should be fined if they don't have a car seat in their car.

Let's face it, old people would winge if parents parked in their senior citizen parks!

You have to be on a pension of some type and be declared disabled to get the permit. It's not just old people, a lot of people seem to think they are beyond reproach and think they are hard done by when they are caught. Respect all round is a good thing but I agree with you that old people who have no right to park in PWP's need a wake up call too.
